Here is a step-by step guide you can refer to:

1. Add Money to Your Wallet

CI(Colossus Insider) users can add credits to their Credit Wallets in a few easy clicks.

Tap on the ‘Add Credit’ option on the webpage, enter the number of credits to be purchased and pay using Debit/Credit Cards or Net Banking.

CI users can use the credits to view any message in their inbox under Dashboard tab.

The number of credits that would be required to view the message will appear on each message. The same number of credits will get deducted from the Credit Wallet if users choose to view that message. User can simply click on the message to reveal its contents.

Message will get revealed for up to 5 seconds. Users can simply click on the message again to view. Credits will get deducted on the basis of per click.

Kindly note: Users are to wait and allow time to the system to reveal the message before clicking again. Please avoid double clicking or repeated clicking as it will lead to unintended deduction of credits from the wallet.

Users can also use the same steps on mobile to view the messages.
